Egg Curry

A vegetarian dish
You need for 4 serving:
8 hard boiled eggs
2 onions
2 clove garlic
1 green chilli
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

First cut the onion in fine slices, the chilling into fine ring and chopp the garlic
Put the mustard seeds into oil until they start to crackle, add the onions, chilli and garlic and fry until the onions are almost brown.
Now add the turmeric and the chilling powder, fry it for about 20 seconds and then add the chopped tomatoes.
Let it simmer for around 15 minutes and then add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with the eggs either with Maßnahmen bread or with rice.
